SSC Hindi Translator Eligibility Criteria 2017 – Hey Aspirants, The Staff Selection Commission is going to recruit for Combined Recruitment of Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator, Senior Hindi Translator and Hindi Pradhyapak(Professor) Examination, in the month of June, 2017. SSC Hindi Translator Eligibility Criteria 2017

Staff selection Commission SSC Hindi Translator Eligibility Criteria: JHT(Junior Hindi Translator), JT(Junior Translator), SHT(Senior Hindi Translator) and HP(Hindi Pradhyapak) exam is a Computer Based Examination. Age Limit for SSC Translator

SSC Hindi Translator age limit should not exceed 30 years. Reckoning date of age calculation is 01.01.2017 for 2017 recruitment.

You need to show Date of Birth as recorded in the Matriculation/Secondary Examination Certificate or an equivalent certificate only.

Age Relaxation Category Wise

Education Qualification

Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of a examination at the degree level;

OR

Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level;

OR

Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level

AND

Recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English & vice versa or two years’ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central or State Government Office, including Government of India Undertaking.

Post codes ‘E’ (Senior Hindi Translator in various Central Government Ministries/ Departments / Offices) Master’s degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level;

OR

Master’s degree of a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level;

OR

Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of a examination at the degree level;

OR

Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level;

OR

Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level

AND

Recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English & vice versa or three years’ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central or State Government Office, including Government of India Undertaking.

Post code ‘F’ (Junior Translator / Junior Hindi Translator in subordinate offices who have not yet adopted Model RRs of DoP&T for JT/JHT) Master’s degree of a recognized University in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level,

Or

Bachelor’s degree with Hindi and English as main subjects (which includes the term compulsory and elective)

Note: Candidates must ensure that they have studied English and Hindi as main subjects in all the three years of B.A. pass course

Post code ‘G’ (Hindi Pradhyapak in Central Hindi Training Institute) Bachelor’s degree in Hindi with English as one of the subject at degree level either as compulsory or optional from a recognized University or Institute plus Master’s degree in any subject from a recognized University or Institute plus Bachelor of Education from a recognized University/Institute.

OR

Bachelor’s degree in any subject from a recognized University or Institute plus Master’s degree in Hindi with English as one of the subjects at degree level either as compulsory or optional from a recognized University or Institute plus Bachelor of Education from a recognized University/Institute.

Please note that in Post Code G, Two years experience of teaching Hindi at Senior Secondary level under Central or State Governments or recognized educational Institution.

Nationality:

A candidate must be either of below :

(a) a citizen of India,

(b) a subject of Nepal,

(c) a subject of Bhutan,

(d) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before the 1st January,1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India,

(e) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania(Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar),Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
